Hi There Sweeties! Today I'll show you two simple recipes! The first one is with the meat sobstitute called seitan! (wheat gluten) But you can use normal meat like cicken if you prefer it! Seitan is a food made of gluten, you can also make it by yourself and I wanna try that one day! My friend Sarah brought it to me I was very curious to try that so let's start!

alll you need is

half onion
curry
soy sauce
seitan
white wine

cut the onion into slices and fry it with some oil untill it gets gold, then add the soy sauce and wait a few minutes but don't  dry the sauce, then add the seitan slices (I had already sliced seitan) and  flip them sometimes. Add some curry and other soy sauce and add some white wine and wait a few minutes untill the seitan is cooked.

 


The other one is more simple, it's my personal (?) Parfait!   Parfait is a sweet composition in layersIt's customizable and you can choose what to put between the layers! you can use yogurt,ice cream or even whipped cream or simple cream. And between the layers you can use fruits or seeds like (nuts,almonds ecc..) a good Idea is Caramel and I wanna try it one day! This time I bought plain yogurt and muesli, the yogurt was a bit sour so I decided to make these layers

        Plain Yogurt
Honey
Muesli

First I put a yogurt layer, then Honey and then muesli. I put honey after yogurt to make it sweeter and It worked! I continued with this sequence untill I covered it with other yogurt and Honey! It's very fast and simple and you can be creative with ingredients! so enjoy!
